Gazzan Jan, during my last year UOB, I took four of my students for the purpose of research at Sarawan and Jhalawan, there I came across with this phenominon. Actually these are the galls created by insects on Kahor, P. cineracea, Prosopes senegal and also CHISH Acacia nilotica. So these are not fruits as some guest mentioned. When the larva of a particular insect is alive and young they turned red but in the course of time they turned brown.
